We’re not dismissing the
service that Estate Agents provide, nor are we willing to attack a specific
Agent or Agency. But come-on, these guys have taken on average 5 million pounds
per year out of the local (Redditch) property market - of which you will never
ever see a single penny of ever gain...!!
Basically, for every property
that is sold via an Estate Agent, on average, 1.5% of its value is wiped off -
and this applies every single time the property is sold..!! Some vendors seem to
be quite happy with handing over a proportion of their equity (sometimes a large
proportion!) from the sale of their property - but what real choice did they
have – until now..?
Our aim is to give you (as a Vendor, Developer or
Landlord) an opportunity to try something new, let’s just call it “another

Estate Agent will charge you an average fee of 1.5% plus VAT (£3,000), whilst

If you are already with an Agent on a Sole Agency contract
– you can still advertise & find your own purchaser through AllReddiHome -
without having to hand over any fees to the Estate Agent if you sell privately.
We do however, have to abide by certain conditions (as laid down by the DTI) –
so that we are not classed as E A’s. (Otherwise the Agents would be allowed to
use the Sole Agency clause normally found within their contracts). The DTI's
Office of Fair Trading has laid down Guidelines of which we adhere to.
Therefore we are not permitted to…
- Send out property
particulars.
- Arrange viewings or
Negotiate between vendor & prospective purchaser.
- Loan or put up 'For
Sale' boards outside your property.
However…
- Full Property
particulars (incl. images) can be printed directly from the AllReddiHome
website.
- Anyone interested
in viewing your property can submit their contact details (directly to you) via
the website - while your details remain strictly private. You then arrange any
viewings & ultimately negotiate the best deal. This enables you to stay in
full control – every step of the way.
- We give you a For
Sale board (complete with post & fixings) – you just have to put it up..!!
