What do I need..?

  1.  Access to an Email address (to receive enquiries)
       Access to the internet (a High Speed/Broadband connection is recommended!)

  2.  Images to upload with your property details, or if you don't have any images - A Digital Camera (or access to one!)...
       Optimise the images & save them to a folder on your pc at a maximum size of 640x480 in either .jpeg or .gif format.
       (Please NO.bmp images!)

      If you have only limited access to the internet, and NO images or access to a digital camera - see HERE..!!
      We wouldn't want you to miss an opportunity of saving thousands of £££'s..!! 

   You don't have to *pay-up-front..!!
   (*After Registration - we ask that you pay the appropriate fee via debit or credit card!)
   This is handled via the i-netsales account by the Secure payment processor PayPal.
   If this creates a problem, please get in touch - as per the Contact Us page.
   Simply Register & Upload your property details - we'll then contact you and arrange a convenient time to
   deliver your "For Sale" board & to collect the remainder of your "one-off" payment.

  *Register: (Takes 2 minutes!)

  1.  Simply "click" on the Register tab (located underneath Mortgage Advice banner).

  2.  Complete the required fields (form) Property Owner Registration.

  3.  Press the Submit button.

  4.  You will then be presented with a Thank You page.
      
  5.  You may now submit/upload details of your Sale or Rental property.

  *Please Note:
  None of the details that you submit during the Registration process are available/viewable to anyone
  other than the allreddihome administration team.
  We value and respect your privacy, and for this reason - your personal details will remain private..!!

   Uploading Property Details: (Takes approx 20mins!)

  1.  If not already logged in - login to your account by selecting the Login tab
      (located underneath Mortgage Advice banner).

  2.  Select Edit Account or Add Property tab (whichever is applicable!)

  3.  Pay the £5 deposit on-line using our Secure Payment Processor PayPal.

  4.  Complete the fields (form) on the screen &/or select options from the drop-down boxes.

  IMPORTANT:  Make sure that you select the correct option regarding the Sale or Rental field.

  5.  Insert your own wording in the HTML area (the big box) labelled Description.
       (Everything that you insert in this area will be viewable..!!)
       Hint: Describe the property, the area, local amenities etc.....
       In other words "Sell It" to prospective purchasers/tenants.
       (If you wish to put a contact telephone number for viewings - put it in this area!)

  6. Images (Photographs) are to be in either jpeg or gif format (max.size 640x480 / 50000 bytes).
      Max. of 6 Images per property.
      Bitmap images are not allowed.
 
      If you do not have any images to upload at this time - please copy and insert the code below into the appropriate location

  Main Image: Image that will be shown first.
  Select Browse button & file where image is stored, then select the image to insert. (or insert: /images/no_image_lge.jpg )

  Logo/Other/Map Image: Upload you Logo or Another image.
  Select Browse button & file where image is stored, then select the image to insert. (or insert: /images/no_image_lge.jpg )

  Select Continue.

  You can now add up to a further four images (additional images are available. max of 14!) see example HERE

  You must insert an Image Title (lounge, kitchen etc) & Select the Image, then press the Submit button for each additional image!
  If you do not wish to add any additional images at this time (you can still do so at a later date), just select the
  Skip This Step button.

  If you wish to LET your property (or provide Accommodation)
   You must select the applicable rate frequency - as Daily, Weekly or Monthly..! 
   
   That's all there is to it..!! and if you don't like what you've done - simply Login again and edit the details until
  you are happy :-)

  Please Note:
  The For Sale boards (complete with Post & fixings) are included in the fee & given to you outright
  (additional boards can be purchased at a cost of £20 per unit..!!)
  If we were to lend/install the board - we could be classed as an Estate Agency.
  Therefore, for this reason - we give you the board outright, as this will save any confusion with regard to our status.
 
  The board will advertise your property & direct prospective purchasers (or tenants) to the allreddihome website -
  whereby they can view your property details & images, even submit an enquiry - direct to you!
