The ability to upload more images at an additional cost of £11 for a maximum of nine images per property, or for an additional £21 you can opt for a maximum of thirteen images per property. These are an ideal addition for those who wish to offer prospective purchasers more of an on-line viewing experience, or for those with a larger property.

Featured Property
We have two Featured Areas whereby we can display your property. One on our Home Page & the other on the Location Page. This is similar to an Estate Agents "Property-of-the-week"- but this will last for a whole month. Charges are per month & payable in advance: Home Page= £17.50pcm & Location Page =£10.00pcm.
Please Note: These positions are limited to a Maximum of six properties per month & Offered on a First-come First-served basis.

Search Engine Optimization is ongoing & constantly updated on a daily basis. We receive visitors to the website through referrals by all of the major Search Engines (Google, YAHOO!, msn etc) and appear on the first page of specific key word search results time-after-time-after-time..!!
